Terms of service.

There are several ways you may choose to work with Gro NUTRITION. The terms and CONDITIONS in this document apply to all services unless alternative document(s) has been provided and/or text explicitly states.

Gro Nutriton offers:

  • Comp Prep Coaching with wayne marino

  • Personal Training with Wayne Marino

  • Comp Prep Posing with Wayne Marino

  • NUTRITION Programs in the form of Inital CONSULTATIONS and Check Ins (Wayne Marino & Isabel Dyer)

  • gym memberships

  • gro nutrition merch

  • purchase of supplements

Gro NUTRITION ALSO ADVERTISES:

  • personal training options with contractors who operate out of the gro ground

  • nutrition programs with individual CONTRACTORS who operate from gro nutrition using gro nutrition technology, resources, insurances and nutrition protocols

however, it is important to note, when choosing to work with INDIVIDUAL contractor who operates out of or within gro nutrition, that your program (including delivery) sits with that INDIVIDUAL contractor. gro nutrition is not responsible for the service they provide. scheduling, refund(s), complaint(s), injury ASSESSMENTS, do not sit with gro nutrition.

gro nutrition takes a small fee and or rent from this/an individual contractor for them to be able to use gro nutrition resources - to ensure the success of their client.

all gro nutrition programs have been designed to help you reach your fitness goals. It is Gro NUTRITION’S INTENTION to offer you RECOMMENDATIONS, supplement advice, training SOLUTIONS, and lifestyle choices that can assist and support you in:

  • Muscle development

  • weight loss

  • General wellbeing

  • Strength

  • Endurance

  • Stage readiness

minimum qualifications

  • All Gro Nutri)on Coaches who have been hired and or allowed to contract within gro must have a minimum of Cert. 4 in Fitness and a Cert 4 in Nutrition.

    Each coach is also expected to continue their health and fitness training and EDUCATION – to be able to provide the best for their clients.

You can ask your Gro NUTRITION Coach at any time for a copy of their training and proof of professional EDUCATION.

Your Responsibility as a Client

  • As a client, it is your responsibility to be as honest as possible with your chosen Gro Coach when it comes to your health and known injuries and diagnosis.

  • It is your responsibility to book your CONSULTATIONS with your chosen Gro Coach.

  • It is your responsibility to communicate with your Gro Coach if you do not understand any of your RECOMMENDATIONS or advice.

  • It is your responsibility to stop taking any supplements that make you feel unwell and communicate this to your gro coach and health care professional

  • It is your responsibility to swap a meal option if one a Gro Nutrition Coach has recommended to you is making you feel unwell and or bloated and communicate this with your coach before continuing or deciding to discontinue an optoon in your meal plan.

  • It is your responsibility to let your Gro Nutrition coach know of anything that may get in the way of your success. plans are created based on the evidence and information you provide and bring to your initial consultations and Check Ins.

  • You must communicate injury and or new health related news to your coach each week while on your plan. Your coach cannot be responsible for adjusting your meal and or service without regular and updated information.

  • You are aware your Gro Nutri)on Coach is not expected to replace and or be thought of as a qualified therapist. While many of our coaches are studying or are have studied psychology – they have not been hired and or insured to support you with any Mental Health related assessments and advice.

  • You are also aware your Gro Nutrition Coach is not a doctor.

  • All Nutrition Program and Prep Programs require regular check ins with your chosen Gro Coach. You understand that if you do not book in your appointment, and or connect with your coach to make a booking, you are responsible for not making the most of your plan. Your Gro Coach will not amend your program – if you have not connected with them and booked your Check In. If you do not book your Check In(s) and are DISSATISFIED with your end results, you accept that this fault of your own – and not because of your experience with your Gro Coach and Gro Nutrition as a brand.

    Except for Comp Prep Programs, you understand you have 16 weeks (MAX) to complete any purchased program with Gro Nutrition.

Unless injured and or hindered by significant illness, you have 16 weeks to complete your Gro Program from the time of purchase.

You cannot bank your journey and or put your program on hold – and continue with the program at another time or your choosing – especially without clear consultation with your chosen Gro Coach.

It is encouraged to book ALL your appointments in your first week as a Gro Client – to secure your preferred Check In slot. If you cannot find your preferred slot, you understand you have the right to contact your coach direct. You understand that your coach may have additional appointment slots available outside of what is shown on the Gro Nutrition booking system.

Injury and Illness

Despite injury and or illness (With proof), you are not entitled to a Program refund on your initial deposit and or program weeks past, programs issued, and services delivered.

If in the instance of injury and illness – please communicate with your Gro Coach ASAP. In these circumstances, your Gro Coach can put your program on HOLD.

If injured or become unwell, you may place your plan on hold for 6 months.

Gro Nutrition is not responsible for any business and or insurance relating to these services.

If you chose to work with one of these clients, please let it be known that while Gro Nutri)on has done its best to ensure these contractors are the upmost professionals with the latest qualifications, insurances – Gro Nutrition is not these businesses governing bodies. We advise you do your research and request relevant forms when choosing to work with these contractors.

Refunds

Under no circumstance will Gro NUTRITION offer refunds on the following:

  • Initial Deposit

  • Services and plans delivered

  • On programs purchased 16+ weeks beyond purchase date

  • discounted programs paid up front

    If you are wantng to pursue a partial refund and you have considered the above, please contact your Gro Coach via their Gro NUTRITION EMAIL. Text will not be considered.

    Your Gro NUTRITION Coach will then forward your email to the Gro Nutrition Accounts team.

    Based on your chosen program and circumstances, the accounts team will determine your possible refund eligibility. An invoice will then be sent to you with a breakdown of associated costs and refund.

Please allow 30 workings from the initial date you email your Gro Nutrition Coach until you receive your possible refund.
